Portugal, with a wide variety of soil types and climatic conditions, has identified several regions, which led to the distinction of specific regions. Trying to introduce a bit of diversity of wines in the country, we offer a selection of farm wines, or wine-growers, small producers or cooperatives of the various regions.

Green Wines

Vinho Verde is unique in the world. Naturally light and fresh, it is produced in the Northwest of Portugal, a coastal region with a short summer. This short summer does not allow the full maturation of the grapes, making the wine to have a moderate alcohol content. Vinho Verde is a fruity, easy drinking wine, great as an aperitif or in harmonization with balanced and light meals such as salads, fish, shellfish, and white meats.

Rosé Wines

Light and fruity, rosé wines from Portugal made good friends around the world. Its production started in Vila Real, with the Mateus Rosé, a worldwide known brand. Made at the North of Portugal in the Oporto wine demarcated region, become world-famous and a reference in this type of wine.
