Green Wines
Vinho Verde is unique in the world. Naturally light and fresh, it is produced in the Northwest of Portugal, a coastal region with a short summer. This short summer does not allow the full maturation of the grapes, making the wine to have a moderate alcohol content. Vinho Verde is a fruity, easy drinking wine, great as an aperitif or in harmonization with balanced and light meals such as salads, fish, shellfish, and white meats.
